The first Ex Sharks Players Association (ESPA) bi-monthly luncheon of 2012 was very special, with the hosting of two of the greatest Natal wings of all time, Hannes Viljoen and James Small together with the man we have all come to know as the Elephant Whisperer Laurence Anthony.

ESPA will be getting behind the new Laurence Anthony initiative focusing on saving the Rhino. After rescuing elephants and rescuing animals in the Baghdad Zoo, Laurence’s latest mission is now to save the Rhino, and a state of the art banquet is being staged at the ICC on 29 March starting at 6.30pm. With President Jacob Zuma poised to open the gala event which comes complete with a variety of entertainment, the dinner looks destined to enlighten the public on just how endangered these magnificent animals have become.

All proceeds will go towards Rhino conservation.
